A list of just some of the video cards in this benchmark can be found below, though we might not have listed every one of the cards used. This benchmark and test looks at Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC for graphics quality versus performance, tested for framerate, frametimes, resolution and quality scaling, and built-in benchmark vs. in-game “real” gameplay performance. The first half of the content is dedicated to RDR2 research, with the rest dedicated to comparative performance benchmarks for AMD and NVIDIA GPUs.
GPU benchmarks for Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC include the following:
ASUS RTX 2080 Ti Strix (Amazon): https://geni.us/iqbhFAc
EVGA RTX 2080 Super Black (we used NVIDIA FE) on Amazon: https://geni.us/VNMVlw
EVGA RTX 2070 Super (we used the NVIDIA FE) on Amazon: https://geni.us/L251UF
Gigabyte RX 5700 XT Gaming OC on Amazon: https://geni.us/BNWJl4
PowerColor RX 5700 Red Dragon on Amazon: https://geni.us/RwP19jL
Gigabyte RTX 2060 Super (we used NVIDIA FE) on Amazon: https://geni.us/f2wCj
Gigabyte RX 570 4GB on Amazon: https://geni.us/9wQb
Others used also, but not linked here.
These were tested at 4K, 1440p, and 1080p, mostly with High settings, although we also tested at Ultra and Max briefly. Hopefully this benchmark helps you find the top graphics cards for Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC! #RDR2 #RedDeadRedemption2
